I  love Dave Ramsey. I think he knows exactly what he is talking about, otherwise he wouldn't have come from bankruptcy and become a millionaire again. But I do think it would be a good idea to apply his snowball debt method if you're a buy and hold investor. It is wise to take ideas from everyone who has been successful and use it for your own business.

Hey I am also getting into the wholesaling niche. I am a newbie but I wanted to tell you good luck and cant wait to hear on your success! Read as many books as you can. Sounds like your off to a great start.

Hey BP!!

I just been hired into a job that will install cabinets and construction. I am excited to be working in real estate while working to be an investor as well. Did anyone else have the same scenario as me? if so, what advice do you have for me starting out here in Seattle, WA.

Should I get a lawyer if I want to Wholesale? Why or why not should I get one? And How much would the cost be?

i very close on getting my license! I am studying and there are alot of terms and laws that are in my book "Guide to passing the AMP real estate exam." does anyone have any counsel or advice on what to study for? I would appreciate it. Thanks!
