That sounds great! If you don’t mind me asking which platform did you use if any to connect with your current partners?

What are your thoughts on new investors starting out within peer-to-peer lending market places (i.e LendingClub) or Real Estate Crowdfunding (i.e Fundrise) if one doesn’t have $15,000+ to start buying properties?

Thank you Ryan! I did attend a meeting through the Triad REIA yesterday as well and I also found it very resourceful. I am still pondering on where I should invest into a membership first, either with the Triad REIA or BP. What would you recommend?

My name is Jazmine Henderson and I am interested in Real Estate Investing within the Triad Area of NC (ie: Greensboro, High Point & Winston Salem). I have always wanted to own my own home and rental properties but until recently I have just begun to take the time to research my goals. I started off simply walking into a Barnes and Nobles and purchasing Joshua and Brandon's: How To Invest In Real Estate. This lead me to listening to the BP podcast to now venturing on the the BP form. I am very excited about the knowledge that I have already obtained and I look forward to meeting like minded investors that I can relate to here and far!
