*consider long term if airbnb doesn't work

There should have been some research on the property and area when buying. As someone who lived in Detroit proper and knows many people in Hamtramck, it is possible to do well but I would vet people coming in and consider maybe long-term if Airbnb should work. The area is ok for real estate investing but it is not a high-income or a "growing" neighborhood. If you have contingencies in the deal or haven't submitted EMD actually run the numbers and reevaluate what you should do. I can't say since idk many details.

Hello, I am a new Real Estate agent who also graduated college in finance last year. I was trying to look for a full-time salaried job in the real estate, mortgage, or title industry, or anything that involves real estate. I'm just trying to figure out what kind of positions to look for that would pay a good salary and be stable. I currently work on a contract with a tech company. I have experience as a mortgage intern and a title searcher. Any type of career options?
