Doesn`t really matter, the seller has right of first refusal and if they don`t get their expected price they just kick it back and recycle it back to auction. This is why you see the same properties repeatedly on many auction sites.

Unfortunately, I do not think I`m gonna make it. Please keep me in mind for any future events.

Property/Occupancy field inspector for the mortgage industry by day. 

Had a recent revelation that my wife and I are too close for comfort to retirement age and seriously under prepared.

Determined to change that with REI. We are currently educating ourselves, soaking up info from all you rock stars and working on a plan including funds.

I`m in the Danbury area near New Milford (upper Fairfield county/lower Litchfield County). Interested in networking with others in the area(buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, contractors, etc) Looking forward to meeting,working with and helping other like minded individuals. I believe there may be an REIA near Wallingford and possibly Fairfield, any others more local to Danbury?
