It's hard to take in all this information that we don't know, without resetting the mind with what we think we know. In order to change your life, the first step is to change the mindset. We must change the way we think, and the way we see things. We must see the world through a diffrent lens. Not only must this be the first step, but we have to be Consistent with the steps we take to prevent going back to old ways. Take it one step at a time, day by day. After a few months you will see things different and notice change.

@micheal Jessie

I build my buyers list by posting each property I get on every platform I can. Even if I have a buyer, I still post it, and as buyers contact me about the property, i tell them that property not available, but I have a conversation with them about their Criteria. Then I ad them to my email list and stay in contact with them. It has help me build a nice buyers pot! Good luck!

Hello Karim, Hope all is well!!! Glad to see you starting your real estate journey and I might be able to give you a gem or two that will help.I'm Jason, a real estate investor Out of Atlanta. I currently wholesale and invest in Atlanta And Tulsa OK. If you are just getting started, I got a few tips that might help you out. If you looking to get that first deal, first start off with word of mouth. Let everyone know you are a real estate investor and you are looking to by properties.  As you do this, go to utube university.  Learn as much as you can in your spare time about wholesaling. Don't get caught up with tring to learn everything, it's about the basics. Then start taking action, wholesaling is a contact sport, the more contact the more deals. If you have a car, start by driving for dollars, if not, start cold calling. If you have any questions about this info, or need any help, let me know.

Good Day! Now I'm no expert on business credit by far, but i established my own and im   Constantly study and learning and it's different cases for different situations.  You cant Establish business credit under your personal information. Now as far as using your personal info as a personally  Guarantee, that's a little bit different. You would still need some kind of business entity and EIN number to apply for business credit. Hopes this help.

Quote from @Stephen Daniel Pace:

Hey BP family! I close on my first property this week and after closing, I'm wanting to get a business credit card to use for rental expenses purposes, particularly the things I'll need to purchase to prepare it for renting. Is it better to go through the process to get an LLC and EIN and then apply for the business credit card? I don't plan to transfer the ownership of this property to the LLC since I'll eventually want to refinance the 30yr conventional loan that I'll have down to a lower interest rate. (I've heard there are challenges with getting a conventional loan under an LLC). Or is it better to apply for a business credit card without an LLC and EIN and just use my personal info on the application? TIA for your reply! :)

I think there was a misunderstanding on what I was saying.  I was stating find out what's motivating him to sell. I never stated that cause he's not listing it he's not motivated or said anything about money.All I. Saying is dig a little deep, and go off of that.
