Post: How do I find the owner of this property?

My best friend and I currently work in mortgages and are wanting to expand into real estate investing, specifically flipping to start out and then moving on to buy/hold. We were "driving for dollars" and found a house in our neighborhood that has all the signs of neglect: tall grass, exterior needs painted, no deck on the back and sliding door is sealed off. We looked the house up on the county website and found that the owner is listed as a trust, different mailing address, and that the taxes have not been paid for the last 2 years. The last public record was a foreclosure back in 2009. What should our next step be to find the owner so we can try to make a deal?

Thank you for the time and insight!
