Good Evening,

Im unsure of your real estate experience but based on the brief description of your situation i would suggest you consider finding a partner. You can attain this in two ways; Finding a deal good enough that a person will be willing to give you equity in the deal. Or Investing your current capital in a syndication.

There are many ways to invest in real estate, You have to find the ways that work best for you.

Hey BP,

Jay here; I became a avid reader over the past year, studying everything real estate, business, and getting started in portfolio investing. So far i have completed the following books.

  • Rich Dad Poor Dad
  • ABC's of real estate investing
  • Think and Grow Rich
  • If you you cant wholesale after this, i've got nothing for you.
  • The One thing
  • The big leap
  • How i raised myself from failure to success in selling
  • Currently reading: The 4 hour work week, One Million Followers, and Hold

Are there any books not on this list you would recommend? Especially on portfolio investing.

Thanks in advance

Jay

Good evening BP,

I’ve been investing for a little over a year now. I’ve helped many beginning investors get started with sharing as much knowledge as I can throughout the past year. Mentorships play a huge role in your development and the growth of your business. So I was wondering if anyone was willing to share any advice they received at any point along their journey that benefited them tremendously?
