Owner financing / seller financing works good for me . I started last year. So far I have 3 properties and I am rehabbing 2 single family homes at present. I do leverage OPM as needed.

I am in favor of financing to the buyer, that way you get 15% back as a down payment, you get 10% interest plus you already have some equity because you are buying at a low cost. Later you can sell this note if $$ needed.

It's my opinion. As Nancy said I don't know the market you are in.
