Thank you Matthew,

Looking to add another property to our portfolio.

We live in Vancouver BC and already own in the US. Looking for info and potential deals in Portland.

We don’t know much about Portland’s market but visiting next month.

Looking for preferably a condo that is allowed Airbnb and if not has good potential for long term rent OR a Sf dwelling - same idea, on a potential For growth area.
