Yea my bad, meant to say it's a spin off of the Canadian version. It's been in many countries.

The one thing I dislike about DD, is some deals can not be made due to the different rules of DD. Whatever the entrepreneur asks for in money value they have to be able to get the Dragens to put that much up, but the equity can change. Some deals are never made because of this. Great business plans and products but sometimes the entrepreneurs are greedy and valuate their companies way to high.

Might have to watch it online tho, or if you do get CBC.

yea once you run out of Shark Tank Episodes check out Dragens Den, It's the original series that started in Canada. O'Leary and Richard are on it, some pretty great deals on throughout the episodes.

register your LLC and get your EIN number well doing this.

With your EIN number you can set up all your business bank accounts.

Once you are collecting rent, you can apply for your ITIN number, by filling out w-& forms. You can get that form off of IRS.com

You want to get ur ITIN paper work started since it may take several weeks to process. Just in case you sell your properties, you want to make sure you have all your paperwork organize so your money doesn't get tied up.

But consult an professional with all of this. But hope it helps!

Well when buying out of state it's very important to appear as if you are not from out of state. Even tho an agent is suppose to present all offers to the sellers, they will give their negative opinion on your offer and sellers wont even consider it.

Ways to do this, is have a local number that is forwarded to your business line. Or 1-800 number. If you have a website, make sure you put the area you are trying to buy into, is mentioned.

Max and Mitch are bang on,

When I use to deal with home owners I'd give them all the numbers up front of what I look at when analyzing a property and factor in my projected profit and give them my max purchase price.

I'd also show them that once you factor in a realtor's cost and the amount of time on the market, that my offer was very reasonable.

Most would be discouraged and would call me back in a few weeks once they realized I wasn't talking crap!
