Gentlemen, I appreciate the cordial welcome.  I see that both of you have ample experience in this industry.  Is it conceivableble that either (or both) of you would be willing to offer some direction to a novice in this industry, regarding best practices or suggestions on where to begin (capital investing, house flipping, rehab, etc)?
