Hello, I am looking to get started in REI but I don't have the capital needed to buy properties for rental purposes. Someone told me that I should look into wholesaling as a starting point to learn the business and build capital. In your opinion, is this good advice? If so, what is the best way to get started in wholesaling? PLEASE HELP. Thanks

Hello, I am new to the real estate game and I don’t know quite where to start. Initially I was looking into saving money to buy rental properties but it’s taking a long time. I recently heard about wholesaling. It seems like a good idea but I’m not quite too sure. I’m just trying to figure what’s the pros and cons are to it? Is it worth it or should I stick with just saving for rental properties (it will take a while). What is the best course of action? Please help!!!!

@Anthony Candelario Awesome. I’m also located in the area and just starting to get into RE. Maybe we can connect sometime.

@Lien Vuong ok thanks for the advice

@Lien Vuong Me personally, I am considering joining a team. Did that decision propel you to success

@Vernon Trice III That’s the same question that I was wondering. I understand that there is value in being around people that are doing what you are inspiring to do, but when you’re just starting out and your funds are limited, you want to make the right choice.
