Hello Everyone!

I am new to the community. I'm 23 years old, and I currently work a corporate job. Recently, my father passed away, and I don't know if I should stick in my corporate job or help my mom manage my dad's business. He had a 75 unit portfolio. Our 25 unit complex is currently being horribly managed and we are generating $2-3k/month on it despite it being paid off. If I quit my job, I could sell it and start my real estate investing career and expand our portfolio. I don't know much about real estate at this point, but I am willing to learn.

I have bigger potential to grow something and potentially generate more income doing this then working my current job. I won't be behind a desk most of my day (haha). However, I'm scared of failing and losing money, and if I do go down this route, it would be harder for me to come back and get a corporate job as my skills won't be as transferable.

What does the community think I should do?
