Have these been going monthly consistently? If not we should definitely keep it going. I go to the SLREIA most every month and I’ve been to the UVREIA once, but would like to do more meet ups in Utah county. If anyone wants to grab lunch sometime, my wife and I are always open. -Jay

Do a lot of parks have regulations about seller financing/lease options?

Thanks! I was thinking of doing exactly that. I reached out to a local investor in my area who only does manufacturing homes and he thinks it would be a good buy as well. I may pull the trigger on it. Thanks for the tips.

I have an opportunity to buy a trailer in a mobile home park WITHOUT the property for $1500 or less. I know a lot of things depend on the market, the condition of the trailer, when it was built, if I can find a buyer for it, but I would like to know if this is a smart investment because the trailer is so cheap? Or if I should walk away because trailers without property don't have much value? I'm thinking I could wholesale it, or do a lease option/seller financing to create cash flow. There are a lot of unknowns I realize, but if anyone has some general insight as to if this is a good buy or not?

I've listened to Josh and Brandon's Podcast on Mobile homes (I think it was episode #75 or something) and the guy talks about buying mobile homes in a park for a couple thousand dollars without the land and seller financing or lease optioning to a qualified buyer. I feel like this current situation I'm in could be a good buy, but since it's my first time dealing with a mobile home maybe I should walk away? Thoughts?
