Just curious how some of you guys found your reliable cash buyers and investors? I find some but not a lot of serious buyers that buy lots of properties or any at all. Just curious how investors and other wholesalers figure out hot areas to buy houses in? Looking for different areas in my market to prospect and just wondering if you guys had any tips on finding the "hot" areas? Any help would greatly appreciated Thank you & Have a great day

To wholesale, not a deal. And 2. You can wholesale preforeclosure before they go into auction.

What do you mean down payment? Like a certain amount of money to put the property under contract? Just do $10 down and find a cash buyer. Easy as that.
