Hi, I am from the Midwest-QCA, and am looking for a place to start my real estate career and gain more knowledge, experience, and gain mentors. I am starting my Iowa Real Estate pre-license courses and was wondering what opportunities were out there for a possible apprenticeship or something of that sort.

I’m looking for options or recommendations for funding for a property. Some insight on my situation:

I am 21 years old, new to real estate investing. I don’t have a good credit score. I also don’t work a traditional job. I am interested in small multi-family properties.

Any other needed information can also be provided. I’m trying to see what my options are, so any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

I am looking to start my real estate investment journey and don't know where to begin with networking. I've looked in the local meet up section and am unable to locate anything within my area or surrounding areas.

I have decided to take the buy/hold route and have multiple areas I would like to invest in (both local and long-distance). It would be great to build a team to feel more confident in deals.

I am still learning, really any knowledge is appreciated and valuable.

Thank You.
