Thanks will price compare lifeproof and solid hardwood because labor would be the same regardless.

Best flooring for rental property will tenants take care of hardwood? Is it better long term? Does hardwood increase the value of rent? All comments are welcomed. Thanks in aadvance.

Thanks everyone decided to go with Satin luckily Home Depot took the paint back and refunded me.

Thanks I bought a 5 gallon of paint in semi gloss the walls have been are new sheet rock debating whether to take the loss and go with satin in case of imperfections.

Hello is semi-gloss paint good to use throughout the whole house for a rental unit? Thanks in advance

Thanks yes it's a gas boiler with radiators in both apartments. I might just add another boiler so tenants won't fight over the heat and just include the water in the rent.

Thanks if I put another thermostat in would I need to input another boiler?

Hello I need help I was owner-occupied 2 family house for 15 years now moving and want to rent my old apartment. apartment # 2 pays their own cooking gas I always covered the heat and hot water being that I controlled the thermostat one gas boiler, seperate gas and electric meters. Now that I'm moving do I include heating cost in the rent or what? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
