I am a project manager at a cabinet shop in Minnesota. I am just getting into real estate investing focusing on single family homes.

I don’t want to or mean to sound “salesy” but I offer a crazy cheap cabinet line that a few people in the area have used for their rentals. I’m talking a whole new kitchen for 3-5k!
