Hello

my Brrrr house spends high utility bills($400 per month in Easten canada) and I'm thinking putting 2 inch foam insulation under siding when i install new siding. Talents are paying their own utility bills.

do you think will it be a good idea?

Thank you

Hello

I just bought my first BRRRR house and it came with electrically heated circulating water heating system.

since I'm working on major ceiling demolition and flooring I think it would be a good idea to replace the water heater to electrical baseboard heater because it requires less maintenance.

what's your thought about it? Should I leave the orginal system or replace it for less maintenance

thanks
