yeah I posted earlier about starting a meet up or Mastermind in Frisco.  Let’s set it up 

Thanks for the responses. I understand there are separate animals and liked the details to make your end decision. 

As a realtor I get opportunities and wanted to know what to look for or criteria/ questions on each. For me my goal is 10 rental units in 10 years.  Of course don’t want to pass on any good flips or wholesale opportunities.

I've been reading and watching all the info I can.  My question is how does one know to either Flip or Hold?  Is it just a personal decision for short term or long term goals?

Yeah the market has slowed starting last year. I agree lot of new apartment complexes especially in Frisco but like you said are very expensive. 

Homes still rent well here the hard part is getting a lead on one to make the numbers work. I’m trying to start a Mastermind if interested. 

I talked to Carla this morning and they do wholesale.  Give them a call and tell them I referred you and they'll help you out.  

I can ask for you.  I use them all the time as a realtor.  I haven't personally for a wholesale....yet
