Hello to all,
First off, the pod-casts are great, I've been listening to them while going to work on the subway. I've listen to quite a few others and really enjoy yours; can't wait for more.

My name is Jeff and last year I inherited a house in SC 50/50 w/ my brother. He lives in Japan and I live in NYC now, so its mainly me who has been getting it all together. The house is paid for and with the small amount of money that was left in the will, I was able to have the place fixed up for renting. Starting Feb 1st we will we receive our first rent check!!! Taking on this project has made me realize the real potential of real estate and am eager to get more involved. I'm starting to read a lot of books on how to get started, but have been even more excited about this website and the people on it.

I certainly am looking forward to getting to know some of the people here and am excited about the prospect of making some moves to being a real estate investor.
