@Matthew Terry their is a lead with a lot that has two homes, one home is not permitted. What would be your take on that?

I like  to use craigslist as well, with calling PM's and giving them the address and discussing what their opinion of what the possible rent could be. zillow gives close estimates. rentometer is useful than not   

Am a sailor. And I need to grant Power Of Attorney to Family member. Along with leaving a check of the funds. What’s the easiest way and cheaper way to do it. I ask because waiting to here back from a wholeseler who might have a deal for me. Wholesaler still working on crossing t’a and i’s. But at the same time Job called and I will be sailing for 35 days. Starting next week. Any advise?

Picking a car rental. I’ll be in Bakersfield tomorrow the 11th Saturday. Am going to drive some zip code. 93304, 93305, 93308, 93309. And some city’s that were mentioned to me. And try to do the city as much as I can. If any one wants to meet up. Or have suggestions. I’ll be open
