@James Wachob, Thanks for offering to help.

It will be a full renovation, Kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, roof and may be moving some walls. The house has great space, little awkward layout that I want to fix if possible. Previous tenant wasn't the most friendly to it, so I want to get it in good shape for a good new tenant
