Hey guys, my name is Javier. I just moved to Altamonte Springs Fl. (Orlando area)

I got into Real Estate Investing through the Robert Kiyosaki books and continue to read through and learn more about it through other sources like Bigger Pockets. Thanks to my brother who introduced me to this incredible place.

I'm interested in learning how to make a deal (negotiation), the process of finding motivated sellers, fixing up homes, and renting them out to good tenants. My goal is to have 10 investment properties by the time I'm 25 years old.

If anyone in the Altamonte Springs/Winter Park area of Florida (Orlando Suburb) is in need of an extra hand to fix things in your investment property I can help out for free. I'm just in the learning stages and want to provide value through physical work and even look for good deals for you as practice. I have time, a valuable resource. I'd much rather give my time to this than to a 9-5 job.
