thank you for the advise. I am willing to pay with my time of course and help other in order to learn. Wherever it takes. I would pay for a course too but as you said they are so expensive that i can not pay for it. I just need to know where can i go for a meeting and help somebody for advices in return.

My name is Javier and I’m totally new with no experience in RE. I live in Miami, FL where i work as a Hygienist. The love for my profession and my hard work give me the amount of money needed to help my family and pay for some bills but at the end of the month i keep struggling financially and can not save a single penny. Thats why i started to read and trying to invest in the RE market. I was applying and about to pay for a mentor in Phil Pustejovsky’s mentor program until I read some reviews in the web that brought me to BP.

Even though I have extended my knowledge with the help of reading, hearing and watching everything that this community can offer (the UBG, podcasts, videos, etc). I would like the help to start Investing. I do need a Mentor, Guru or Guide who can best teach me on how to begin on this exciting journey. I am very motivated, extremely honest, and a loyal individual who will be forever grateful for whoever is willing to guide me.
