OK WHOLESALERS i gotta question for you guys or anybody that wants to help out. i take everyone serious and thank you ahead of time for your input. 

my question is do you use the 70% rule when putting these properties under contract ? because for a newbie its kinda hard to convince yourself to make it happen when the the numbers are pretty tight. but go ahead and school me i'd appreciate it .
