@Paul Lovely Hey, Sorry Im just getting back to this but I really appreciate the advice. It's good to see that there are other young people like myself who are trying to do things uncommon for this age. Thanks for the response and thanks for the inspiration.

@Manny Cirino @Christian Paez I appreciate you all reaching out because I know you could have made use your time elsewhere. At this stage I'm just starting out. 19, Freshman in college but my aspirations are big and Real estate happens to be one of my endeavors. I'd really appreciate if you could just shed some light on where someone young (and green) like me can begin. I'm particularly looking into rentals but by all means any direction is appreciated. I sincerely thank you again.

@Joe Splitrock Thanks for even more advice. I'll definitely take into the consideration the idea of working in the area real estate. The pay wouldn't be important but rather the experience I'd get from the job and opportunities I'd have (Heck it might as well pay for itself). Thanks for that tip. @Ayodeji Kuponiyi Thank you for the book tip. I actually own it but haven't gotten around to reading it quite yet. I will start to educate myself on the subject matter and I'll look in those areas that you specified. As far as the niche, exactly what kind of niches are there? Thank you sincerely

@Mindy Jensen

I appreciate the response and I guess that is precisely where I need to start because all of the things that you did mention such as credit and income are things that I do not have at the moment as a college student but thank for the input so that I can at least have an idea of where to start because it literally seemed absurd to just walk into a bank at the age of 19 with no income and no credit, asking for a loan.
