It's Bullock in Alabama. It was a Tax sale and we suppose to got or tax liens in the mail within 10days but they still haven't sent them out.

can you help me with advise. I bought a lien on a occupied property. and unoccupied land which the owner is deceased. but they are saying I cant touch it til three years either.

Lawd I hope they reply soon cause I did it for more than one county

So I submitted my bids in April of this year I still haven't heard anything back from the State Revenue Office. I called they was saying it they had a long list. And when they reach my name they will mail me a bid or tell me if the property is already sold

I have a question. How long do you have to wait to file a quite lawsuit after receiving the tax deed?

Do you have to apply to buy at a Revenue Commissioner's Sale
