Are there any legit., very inexpensive books, CD's, etc. that are specifically geared toward beginners who are very low on cash?

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I could find successful investors who can tell me where to get the knowledge and skills that I need (without trying to sell me something) to take an initial investment of less than $300, and start earning at least $2,000 per month.

To be more specific, I'd like to get more info about investment methods that do not involve any kind of ownership of property. I read an article on something called a "lease purchase agreement". The author claimed he put in $100 and profited $20,000 in 6 months. Is that possible?

I'm hoping to make money by investing in real estate, but I can't afford to invest thousands. Do you know of any methods of investing that require no more than a few hundred dollars, virtually no risk,
and no personal liability? Where can I find out all I need to know about the market in order to use these methods?
