Hey BP folks!

My name is Jaunell, I'm a long distance real estate investor based in the LA area. Like many just starting out, I have been reading and listening to podcasts and now I'm ready to get my first deal going. I've sort of hit a wall with deal analysis and I'm having a challenge keeping myself accountable. I would like to join a Mastermind group to connect with like-minded folks to keep the momentum going.

Drop a comment below if there are any mastermind groups that would be a great fit! Thanks for your time.

@Sean Fillmore Hey Sean, what was your process in deciding to invest in Kansas? Was this the only market you were interested in? I'm currently doing a market analysis and it's a bit challenging to narrow down to the market I will invest in. Do you have any advice you could share?
