Hello everyone I was looking to find out if anyone knows the best lead generation sites for getting leads for sellers and buyers.  I was looking at Real Geeks or Market Leader.  I know it’s a lot of them out there so any suggestions would help please.  Also my budget is in the low hundreds not thousands per month.  I know that’s a factor also but whatever this community has I’d appreciate the advice please thx.

Hello out there are REO's the best are at least the easiest distressed properties to buy? Just asking because they already have gone thru an auction and now are with the bank/lender because they didn't sell at auction.

Hello out there does anyone know where to find good wholesale real estate contracts that can be looked over by a pre paid legal lawyer. I’m in Connecticut, and just starting out and need to find some good contracts and how to assign them.  Is there help on here with assigning contracts also?  Please help thx.
