@Theresa Harris thank you for responding and commenting! The home is fully renovated so i wouldn’t suspect any expensive work. And sorry for the confusion, property tax will be $110 a month which i already included in my mortgage of $506

@Simon W. Thank you for replying and responding to my post. This will be a 30 - year fix loan. What’s the difference whether the bank knows if it’s an investment or not ? Thanks!

Im looking to buy a property for $109,00 as a turnkey investment, and putting a down payment of 20%. The tenant currently has a lease of 2 years for $15,600 a year. My mortgage will be $506 a month and rent $1,300. Is this considered a good deal for someone who is starting in property investment?

Hi,

I’m looking to buy my first property fairly soon primarily a buy and hold property. Are there any investors in Trenton, NJ who can share their experience with being a landlord in that area?

If you can share the pros and cons of being a property owner and any advice you would give a first time property buyer will be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to buy distressed properties but don't know how I would finance it. Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this? Should I be doing this with cash or use credit cards, loans, etc. ?
