Hey, I'm an investor in the harriman TN area. Me and my partner have properties in powell and harriman. If you ever venture out to these areas shoot me a message. We are buy and hold new construction investors, for affordable living.

Investment Info:

Mobile home other investment in Harriman.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $18,000

I currently have 1.38 acres of vacant land, this is split up into two parcels (.77 & .61), I'll be placing a 2020 model manufactured home on one of those parcels. There are a few different exit strategies I'll look into once it's placed on the land in late September or October. The front parcel I'm unsure of at the moment . I'm researching If modular is a better option or to stick with manufactured. If there's anyone in the area that would like to discuss let me know.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Studying a lot of videos of manufactured investments.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I searched for vacant land and went house shopping a manufactured home retailers.

How did you finance this deal?

Personal credit for mortgage and savings over time.

How did you add value to the deal?

Placing the land and home together.

What was the outcome?

Still in process.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Still analyzing the process, I'll update this part as soon as this home deal has concluded.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I currently have two real estate agents that I've been in continual contact with throughout this process.
