Randi, the program is definitely worth the time, effort and money spent. Go for it! I wish I had found the program years ago.

No real feedback from anyone. I did do the couple hours one day a week for a month program. $147 if memory serves me correctly. It had some good info as far as vendors they use, lead sources, etc. A couple points brought out resonated with me. I might take another look after I free up some brain space..

He is 100% solid, worth every dime he charges. I spent around 12K with his competitor over the course of 10 months and got nothing but frustration to show for it... Jerryll's team is very responsive and extremely helpful. If you get stuck just ask for help. Jerryll is very direct which I prefer. I would much rather deal with someone like him who knows what they are doing and speaks the truth rather than someone who spews out a bunch of feel good crap just to get your money then disappears.. I've completed the Credibility course and am just getting started on the SEO. Yes it's a lot of work but well worth it. I 100% recommend it.

Hey Jordan Crain, thanks for the kind words but I'm not so sure I deserve them... Anyway, just wanted to give you an update. I bought the concierge service thru carrot last year. I figured I had butchered my site from an SEO perspective and wanted to start fresh, etc. After the rewrite it still wasn't pulling much traffic so I signed up for the primo backlink pkg with seomeetsrei. They looked at the site and suggested some changes to better optimize the keywords so I said go for it, do whatever you think it needs. I feel like they did a good job with that. The most expensive backlink pkg include four months of backlinks after the initial service if memory servers me correctly. After the four months I still wasn't pulling any leads so just continued on for another three moths with them building backlinks. Still nothing really to show for the money spent so I reached back out to seomeetsrei for guidance and they suggested signing up on more social platforms and another 10K or so in backlink work... That got me thinking I've dropped a decent amount of money thus far with not much to show for it as far as I can tell plus I don't really have an understanding of what exactly is being done. I guess a lot of that is my fault for not digging into it but I decided to pull the plug with them. Yesterday I signed up with seoforrei for the seo pkg. Yes I realize this is a do it yourself (with guidance) endeavor and I've been told it takes works to make it happen. This way I see it as that I'm in charge of my own seo destiny be it good or bad.. We shall see how it goes and if I made a wise decision or not. Thanks.

Hey Anthony!

I wish it wasn't, but SEO is a long play. It takes time - especially with a new site to gain Google's trust and rise in the rankings. I typically tell clients don't expect to close a deal from SEO in the first six months. It looks like you just got your first couple of leads this month and I'm pumped things are starting to pick up and hope your efforts continue the momentum you've created. I do recommend creating social profiles to strengthen your brand online. If you google your company name, the goal is to take up the entire first page of Google and have your website be the first result. Creating and linking social profiles together will help with that a lot. Once that is fixed everything else falls into place.

You have a super solid foundation on your site and I am pumped to hear you're starting to learn more about SEO. If you ever have any questions or get stuck along the way feel free to join our free Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/group We do live calls Wednesday at 6:00pm CT with Q &A. Best of luck man!

I pulled the plug on them.. My site wasn't ranking so I reached out to find out what needed to happen in order to change that.. The answer was spend a bunch more money with them for more backlinks. Communication was not good so the entire process so I said no.. I decided I needed to figure out how to do SEO so I signed up with SEOforREI. My site looks waaaay better and I'm getting leads. Will be closing on one the end of this month. Be advised it is a lot of work. They don't do it for you, but if you get stuck reach out and they will help. I bought the credibility course to get the site presentable as well asthe SEO course. I'm just now getting into the SEO section. Some guys will tell you SEOmeetsREI hung the moon, blah, blah, blah, but my experience was the opposite. Call the other guys before you spend your money.. That's my opinion for what it's worth.

Hey Anthony,

We were students together with Chuck and Gina Biter in Clarksville a few years ago. I admired your ability to execute on such a high level while doing it all yourself. You were self-financing, marketing, buying, rehabbing, renting, and flipping your deals single-handedly and I remember wondering where you find time to sleep! It seems like you are digging deeper into SEO marketing and I can't blame you. I chose to take this marketing approach at the end of last year for my website too. I wanted to understand how it worked and I found Andy and Keith.

I have been attending their live calls and asking questions almost weekly. I am still a novice but they treat me fairly and never insult my ignorance. I started working with them on backlinks a few months ago. My site is improving in rank but their service is what blew me away. Keith has taking time to review my page to offer up tips and advice without me even asking. Once I asked a simple question about the backlinks and he sent me a Loom answering the question then spent 10 min sharing suggestions for my site's on-page.

I once DM'd  Andy regarding some formatting he uses on one of his sites. He answered my question and then told me to always ask my questions in the group so everyone can benefit.

These guys don't have anything to hide and want to see everyone improve. I can't tell you if their SEO strategy is the greatest but I will continue to work with them because they have invested time and effort to earn my trust. Folks that do that are hard to come by.

Hey @Anthony Stephenson, sorry I wasn't able to get you on the phone that week. Overall have you had a good experience working with SEO Meets REI?

Since the communication has improved, yes I've had a good experience with SEO Meets REI. Still waiting on the organic leads to come in, fingers crossed that will happen as you said within the next month or two.

Quote from @Trevor Mauch:

Hey @Anthony Stephenson! Hope you’re doing great!

SEO meets REI is a solid business ran by a couple of our most successful clients who have their whole businesses (doing between 7-15 deals a month) running on Carrot with SEO. It took them a few years to learn SEO and dial things in but the results they're pulling now are great.

Now with their backlink service, a couple things. Keith Sant runs SEO meets rei and we’re wrapping up a big update to our SEO course so he’ll teach you how to build backlinks in it for those who want to do the work themselves. That’ll be out in a few weeks. With their backlink service it’s not cheap because of the quality of the links, but I’ve personally vetted their process and as far as hiring out a service in this space for links, it’s the best I’ve seen so far.

I can vouch for their character and their methods work, you just need to decide if you’d like to learn it and do it yourself or hire it out. Both will work. Hit me up if we can help with anything at all!!

I've asked for feedback on where my account is at exactly and have received nothing. If you still promote them on your platform my opinion is that you need to encourage them to work on their communication skills towards the customer...
