i put a bid on a house that was a traditional sale, which had a listing price of 250,000 and a minimum starting offer of around 210,000.  i offered the minimum as it needs alot of work.  someone placed a bid of 210,500 and then it went to the "make us your best offer stage"  i offered 211,000 and a couple days later i got cancelled by the seller, and i just checked and its back on there.  i was wondering has anyone ever got property offering the minimum? or do they keep canceling until someone bids the price way higher?
