You answered your own question... List Source:-) I had this going on when I started (which wasn't that long ago) but the best way to do it is get out there...and do it. If you feel comfortable, bandit signs still work like crazy and are cheap.

Hello from Atlanta. My name is Jason and I'm new to investing and this community. REally loving what I'm reading and so many great and knowledgeable peeps here. Looking to learn a lot and DO a lot more, lol. 

Just got started in wholesaling and want to get into rehabbing as I learn more. Looking to get into buy and hold and build passive income stream to.

Total newbie here. What are some effective ways to asses whether a buy and hold deal is a good investment? I'm interested in building single family portfolio (slowly) and would love to know formulas and tips on how to get good deals.

Any tools to help? Do these numbers change based on investment goals and if so, is there are there any standards I should be following or looking for? Thank you.

New member and first post:-) I know there are a LOT of different opinions about the legalities of wholesaling. The opinions vary from person to person and it's a hot button topic for sure. I'm a new wholesaler and want to make sure I am doing everything right.

Can any wholesale pros share some knowledge and advice on best practices?
