Hi Jason glad to see more BP members in the Fresno area. If you ever want to chat about real estate hit me up. I'm over in Lemoore a little outside of Fresno.

I right next door in Hanford.  Definitely need to connect!

Is it considered bad etiquette to ask a wholesaler what dollar amount they have the property under contract for or to ask them what kind of assignment fee they are looking for?

I understand it doesn't matter as long as the deal make sense in the end.  I'm a definitely ok with someone bringing me a deal that I wouldn't have come across, but I just don't want to ovepay.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the REI world(but not real estate; I'll explain below). Really excited to land my first deal. I have been analyzing properties, make connections with potential team members, and have viewed a few properties. My day job is that of a commercial lender/banker.

I have been in banking/lending for 24 years, and the last 10 has been in the commercial world. Yes that includes CRE investment properties and portfolio lending. So if I can be a resource for anyone in that regard, I'd be happy to help in anyway I can.

Looking forward to engaging with you all as BP seems like a very supportive community!

Post: Free Driving for Dollars App

Does anyone know of a FREE app that will log /track and keep the streets I have driven.  People have mentioned the My Run app by Under Armor and I know Strava will track a route. But I am looking for something that will continually log the route without having to re-start the tracking each time.  Full disclosure, I am a newbie and am trying to not incur to many costs initially.

You can use the Map My Run app that Under Armor developed to track the route of your drive while driving for dollars.

Will this app track/log the routes driven on an ongoing basis or is it a new fresh map, every day.

I am trying to find a free app that will log /track and keep the streets I have driven.
