Quote from @Nathan Rice:

It's a solid program. Took it years ago. Still benefitting.

 Nathan,

I two would also love to hear more about your experience. The cost is incredibly high, but the potential for gain is also sky high.

I’d love to know if after all these years you still see value in the program and any specific details you can recall.

Quote from @Amit Ronghe:

@Nathan Rice did you do the big dog program? I would love to hear your experience. Can I call you sometime? (pm me your number if you are open to discuss)

I am going through the 3 day workshop with Phil Grove this week end. Today was the end of day 2. I think I learned a lot and conceptually it makes sense what’s been discussed although as others I think $20k at a minimum level for the program is A lot to pay . Yes if I can make let’s say 40-50k in first 6 months it makes sense.. but again it’s uncertain as they say the results discussed are not typical. The flip side to this is when u pay such big money to join the program, you will be motivated to work harder to make that back and plus more.. I love the prospect of having  access to proven process, tools techniques and a solid network, Coach  etc.. so I haven’t ruled it out yet but may be in a few months I may decide. Good thing is there is no pressure to sign up for this program.

Hello Amit,

I am sitting through the 3 day workshop this weekend and received the “pitch” yesterday. I’m wondering if you decided to take the big dog program and if so what was your experience.

@Taylor L.

Great feedback. I just recently signed up for this bootcamp and am really excited to start. I am excited to have some structure around my investing and education and hope to meet some great new people to add to my network.

I feel a little intimidated since multi family is a little outside of my comfort zone and don’t want to look foolish amongst my peers. I am trying to be comfortable with being outside of my comfort zone. I appreciate you responding to the thread- it helped

Me to know that participating was a good decision for me.

Good morning! I ran a search on BP looking for a template to use to outline a scope of work by room for a contractor to help eliminate confusion and minimize disappointment at the end of a project. The search took me to this thread... Were any of you able to find an easy to use form or even a one pager that could have information hand written into and posted in each room as a "punchlist" for a contractor to complete? If anybody has one they are currently using and wouldnt mind sharing I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much in advance.

@Jay Doh

I appreciate your feedback. Are you still using propstream or do you have anything better you’d like to recommend?

@Ruben Dante

This thread is super old, but I’m curious what you think about propstream or any other programs you are using.

@Jean Norton

I’m curious what makes you feel the software is useless. I was contemplating a membership but it’s obviously quite a lot of money. What don’t you like about it?

@Leah Woods

I really like zelle. It’s fast, easy, safe and free.

No account numbers- simply send money with cell phone number.

The downside is you can only send up to $1000 at a

Time.

For my higher rent tenants, I have used Zillow & cozy.

Both can be set up to send reminders, late fees and receipts. The downside is it takes 3-5 days for the funds to appear in yojr account.

Since this thread has posted, does anybody have any updates or referrals of people they used and were pleased with?

I currently do all my own maintenance, upgrades and BRRRs but am wanting to try to utilize other professionals to help expand quicker.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
