That’s a question that is a real eye-opener. that being said, Real Estate Agents, realtors, and brokers. with all the time you've spent in the field. what characteristics/ traits would you say you've learned to need and have improved on to  dominate in a field that 90% of people fail in?

Hello everyone I’m new to this type of stuff but what I’m asking is if anyone can explains some of the taxes involved with real estate investing and if you have any books that teach a kit taxes in real estate please suggest them!

Trump. Love or hate him the man is a billionaire so he knows a thing or two about making money. I was thinking of buying his book (The art of the deal) but I wanted to see some opinions on the book. Would you guys recommend it?

Hello everyone, as every beginner my end goal is to be successful in the world of real estate, but most of us beginners just start out by reading a book or listen to a podcast but we don't keep track of what we've learned. In simple terms, I would like it if any experienced real estate investor could provide me with a list of questions to see how much I know and what I need to learn.
