@Frank Patalano. Since I’m brand new...other than lack of funds, I’d say finding a place to start. What I mean is not finding a farm location, but finding a niche. There’s a lot of ways to make money in real estate. It can become overwhelming to us newbies.

Hi. My Name's Jason. I'm from Bergenfield, NJ and I'm new here to BiggerPockets. I'm also new to the real estate biz. I do have a real estate license. I figured that it can help me understand the field more. I want to start investing within the next 6 months. I'm working toward saving the $$ to get started. I would like to get started in buying and holding (Condos or single/multi family) I Want to start looking in the Bronx(NYC) because I lived there before and currently work there, and my County as well. I want to build a team that's going to help me realize my goals. I'm going to be as active as possible here. My fear is "Analysis paralysis". I don't want to keep researching and staying out of the deep end. If anyone knows where I can start, by all means let me know!

I Appreciate everyone here

Thanks

Jason S
