That’s awesome Jason. What markets are you interested in?

Since I have experience running properties from afar, I'd look anywhere if the deal makes sense.  With fifteen years of connections in the industry, I have a pipeline of opportunities flowing to me - many of these deals are in areas I've aquired properties for my company (Seattle and Washington state in general, North Carolina, and Southern California).  Since I'm in Seattle and have my finger on the pulse of the commercial market here, ideally, I'd like to partner with other indiviuals who can put $1 million or more into a joint venture.

Hello BiggerPockets community!

I've spent the last 15+ years running a small family office - acquiring and operating commercial real estate for a wealthy individual.  Professionally, my experience includes purchasing and operating everything from mobile home parks in the Southeast to retail centers and apartments in multiple locations to newly developed, luxury mid-rise multifamily buildings in the Pacific Northwest.  In addition, our company funded over 25 "hard money" loans in the past several years.

Personally, however, I've yet to invest in my own real estate.  I'm now looking to branch out and build my own real estate portfolio.  I'm hoping to find other community members to partner with on future deals. I'm always happy to share my experiences and knowledge as I love nothing more than talking real estate and figuring out how to find and analyze deals that are on or off the market.

I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community and start investing with you all!
