Hi Sheri! A path to success needs a plan for sure. Everything I've learned thus far says real estate is a "long" game, not a get rich quick. I have a good W2 now (which I'm not looking to dump right away) so this is a path to financial freedom before life passes me by.

Hey Eric. I work in Mesa, but live in Chandler. I'm looking at single family fixers to start. Do you have any suggested areas I should be looking. Up and coming neighborhoods? I should mention I'm new to Arizona as well, only been here a little over a year. Originally from New York. So any insight is much appreciated!
