Awesome thank you so much for the info.  Someone has reached out and helping me now, nothing set I concert. I’d like to talk about a second opinion if possible.

Question, you can’t refinance something you own? Refinance is for if you already have a mortgage or loan on it correct? And I do own it. I can’t sell a loan that I don’t have on it? I’m not sure I understand. 

21 century is who I’ll try. 

I live/own a mobile home appraised at $255k and I owe  nothing on it, Iv tried multiple ways to pull out the equity and had no luck. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Okeechobee FL
