Hi everyone, thanks for the warm welcome! I will definitely be reaching out to some of you.

Take care.

Johann,
Hi, I am interested in investing in JC as well. However; I have heard that Jersey is tenant friendly (and not as sympathetic to landlords). Despite this, you have still invested in Jersey. How has your experience been? How is your 4 unit rowhouse performing? hopefully its generating some solid cash flow for you.

Thanks

Hi everyone, so glad to be here. Typically I have an aversion to commenting or writing on forums. But having read through the forums and seeing how friendly everyone is, I can't help but jump in with both feet.

I have always had an interest in real estate investment but never really knew how to get into it. So glad i found this incredible resource. The UBG has been incredibly helpful, but i know there's so much more to learn. Looking forward to engaging with you all in the future.

I have a mixed background, was an engineer then spent last several years in marketing. I have always known that working for corporate america will not give me the financial freedom i am looking for. So now i have this vehicle and goal to work towards, it has given me renewed hope and optimism for a 'deskjob-free' life that i've always looked for.

Based on the what i've read thus far, I think i will focus on Buy-n-Hold strategy for now with an emphasis on multi-family. My wife and i are sitting on some savings and would like that money to work harder for us instead of sitting in a bank account accruing less than 0.5% returns.

I currently own a 2br home where we currently live but would like to expand our portfolio of properties.

Looking to make some new friends and would love to meet others from the northern NJ area.

Thanks!
