@Marlen Weber thanks! I should mention we spend 9k so far. Have about 40 budgeted and hoping for a price in mid 100's. First flip and we are really excited!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Negaunee.

Purchase price: $24,500
Cash invested: $9,000

First Flip we bought. Needed a roof so it was a cash deal. Currently in progress of having roof put on and gutting the residence. Median price in the area is around 125k
