I'm a wholesaler I've mostly been marketing from raymond on West but going to start going east soon. Thanks for the help!

I guess if I had to be specific I'd say seller financing on pre-foreclosures and wraparounds.

Can anyone suggest an investor savvy attorney in New Hampshire?

@Evan Mullen You know what? That's closest to where I live, but I haven't only because their location is so rural that I thought they might not have as much investor action as some other companies. Do you have experience with them?

Does anyone out there know of an investor friendly Title company in New Hampshire? Primarily when it comes to double closings? I've called around to a few places but nothing has really stood out to me. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Hello everyone!

I'm a 39 yr old family man that's had the same hourly job for over 19 years now and I'm just burnt out. I don't have any real estate experience but have been doing some research and have decided that I'd like to venture into the world of investing. I know I have a lot to learn but am dedicated and driven to succeed. I know it will be slow going at first especially since I'm not in a place where I can just quit my job and put all my time towards investing.

From the research I've done I think wholesaling might be the place for me to start.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing your suggestions!
