Hello All!
Brand new to real estate investing. It's something I've always been interested in, but never figured I would have the capital available. I've started doing contract engineering work for the last few years, making decent money, but the travel is starting to get old.
My goal is to spend some time figuring out what I want to do (most likely rentals as I will be continuing to travel for the foreseeable future), then read, read, read to figure out how to do it. I feel like I have a firm grasp on most of it, but my biggest question to date is how to figure out money/ownership when you are partnering with others on rentals.
I've been lurking about the site for a bit now, and am thankful for all the great information. Appreciate you all taking the time to read this, and I look forward to more conversation.
