@Sessalli Obasuyi Hi there! My name is Jason. I’m a fellow investor and I’ve also been in the title business for over 15 years. We offer our services nationwide and work with lots of investors, banks, and realtors all over the country. Message me and I’d love to learn more about what your goals are and I would be happy to get you some more information.

@Brian Anderson - what area of Baltimore is this property in? I'm also a professional and trying to build up properties to create a lucrative income stream. I'd love to share some ideas with a fellow investor!

Hi everyone - I'm an investor from Maryland with a small portfolio of 8 properties currently. I don't do any flipping, all of my properties are long term holds and all are being rented. I stick to town homes in Baltimore County and I'm really trying to grow my portfolio of rentals to 50+ units within a few years. I'm looking forward to networking with other investors/landlords.
