Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good general contractor in Buffalo NY.

My last contractor has moved away so I'm now looking for an as and when contractor for general multi family property repairs.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated

@Alan Dunlap Thank you! The difficulties we face is UK companies will not lend for US purchases and US companies won't lend because we're not in the US.

The most common response from US lenders is we are not in the lending bates and our physics presence is not in the US so they will not lend....... frustrating.

My partner and I currently manage our duplex in Buffalo NY remotely and have done so for 3 years now.

looking to connect with experienced members to learn how best to grow and find ways to fund our growth as being a foreign investor proves to be quite difficult with regards to funding.
