I’m pretty new to real estate investing. I’ve submitted several offers but I keep loosing out to cash offers. Should I get a hard money lender? If so what are the requirements (credit, capital etc)? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I’m buying 2 properties in Albany for cash. Both properties will need a good amount of work but they are structurally sound. Once renovated a real estate agent told me each apartment will get between $1100 - $1300. What is the best way to finance the rehab?
